With a keen eye for detail and a knack for process optimization, you’ll spearhead the integration of AI tools to push our operations to the next level.If you’re ready to tackle new challenges, such as enhancing STEM orders and maintaining top-tier quality, we want you on our team!RemoteFull-Time | OperationsYour responsibilities will be:Team Leadership: Oversee a department, ensuring the smooth operation of all freelancer-related activities.Process Optimization: Continuously assess and optimize workflows to improve efficiency and the quality of outputs.Freelancer Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of freelancers on the platform, from hiring and training to performance evaluation and termination.Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain high standards of product quality and manage the KPIs related to cancel rates and product quality rates.Reporting: Provide regular reports on department performance, including KPIs, challenges, and areas for improvement, to senior management.WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOUFreelancer Management: Expertise in managing the full lifecycle of freelancers, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.Leadership & Management: Ability to manage and lead a team of 12 subordinates, including 2 sub-TLs.Quality Assurance: Strong understanding of quality metrics, particularly in writing and editing, to ensure high product quality rates.Process Optimization: Experience in identifying inefficiencies in workflows and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing data related to writer performance, product quality, and other KPIs, and using this data to drive decisions.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with freelancers, team members, and other stakeholders.Stages of the hiring process:Stage 1: pre-screen with a recruiter.Stage 2: interview.Stage 3: final interview.Stage 4: reference check.Stage 5: job offer!A trial period for this position – 3 months, during which we will get used to and work together.WHAT WE OFFER:28 BUSINESS DAYS OF PAID OFFFLEXIBLE HOURS AND POSSIBILITY TO WORK REMOTELYMEDICAL INSURANCE AND MENTAL HEALTH CARECOMPENSATION FOR COURSES, TRAININGSENGLISH CLASSES AND SPEAKING CLUBSINTERNAL LIBRARY, EDUCATIONAL EVENTSOUTSTANDING CORPORATE PARTIES, TEAMBUILDINGS
