Cybersecurity Engineers work for the managers of respective security functions, under the office of the CISO to help run and maintain our security tooling, define and implement our secure network concepts, take a leading role in application security for products we use, and actively work to assess CVE's and ensure they are patched in our environment. We encourage and support our engineers growing their skillsets through a variety of learning and certification methods. AGCO is the world's leading technology-forward agricultural company, building smart, connected solutions to help sustainably feed the world.Your ImpactStakeholder management and engagement at various levels of the organization for the area of responsibilityChampion and assist teams implementing the company’s standards to make our applications safe while evangelizing security within the company and building customer trustArchitect, design, implement, support, and evaluate security solutions and services applicable to the area of responsibilityTrack and research the latest technologies and solutions and how they might apply to our environmentsDeep knowledge of common vulnerabilities, attack methodologies and their mitigation strategiesYour Experience and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in technical engineering or equivalent (or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree)5 years of relevant cybersecurity experienceDirect experience with secure development practices, security code review, secure coding practices, threat modeling and/or security methodologiesUnderstanding of Cloud Computing concepts and Cloud SecurityDirect experience of applicable compliance regulations and standards (SOX, GDPR, NIST, ISO, etc.)LanguagesThis role requires fluency in English, and all interviews will be conducted in English.
