As a Biodiversity and CSRD Analyst, your role involves managing activities necessary to meet regulatory requirements and implementing the Biodiversity Action Plan (BAP) Brazil, as well as supporting in obtaining data, analysis, and preparation of reports regarding CSRD demands.
This includes organizing, planning, and controlling biodiversity processes, ensuring alignment with applicable legislation and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The BAP outlines 15 projects to be developed over the coming years in collaboration with external bodies from civil society (NGOs, academics, authorities, etc.).
CSRD consists of a series of parameters to be obtained on the topics of emissions, waste, effluents, water consumption, and chemicals, which need to be reported periodically to the Headquarters.
Candidate Profile
* A Master's degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Ecology, or a related field
Experience:
* Experience in biodiversity project management and data analysis is a plus
Technical skills:
* Strong coordination and project management skills are necessary to ensure the efficient implementation of the biodiversity action plan.
* Analytical skills to review and guide project reports, as well as to prepare periodic reports on project progress.
* Demonstrating a commitment to environmental sustainability is fundamental for the role.
* Knowledge of biodiversity, ecology, environmental and pollution control.
* Knowledge of marine ecology is a plus.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams...)
* Knowledge of Power BI and/or GIS is a plus.
Languages:
* French: B2
* Portuguese is a plus.
