Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary point of contact for a set of key accounts ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
* Regularly update clients on campaign progress performance metrics and strategic insights.
Client Communication
* Engage in high-level communication with clients ensuring clarity professionalism and effective representation of the company's values.
* Must be capable of clear verbal communication in English ensuring that clients can easily understand and engage with the content of discussions without barriers.
SEO Strategy Development
* Develop and execute comprehensive Organic SEO and Paid Search strategies that align with client goals and market trends.
* Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats within the SEO landscape.
Performance Analysis
* Analyze SEO performance metrics using SEO and Analytics tools.
* Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance SEO performance.
* Prepare detailed monthly reports summarizing SEO efforts achievements and future strategies.
* Presentation findings and strategies effectively in meetings both internally and with clients.
Team Leadership
* Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists content creators designers and developers.
* Collaborate with other departments like content web development and PPC to ensure holistic digital marketing strategies.
Innovation
* Stay abreast of the latest SEO trends tools and algorithm updates to keep strategies cutting-edge.
* Suggest innovative SEO tactics and test new approaches to improve outcomes.
Requirements
* Candidates must be fluent in both verbal and written English with strong articulation and proficiency suitable for this client-facing role.
* 2+ years in a client-facing account manager role within a digital marketing agency.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing communications business or a related field.
* Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client accounts.
* Exceptional understanding of SEO principles both on-page and off-page.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
* Experience with project management tools and CRM systems.
* Strategic thinker with a detail-oriented approach.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
