Descripción del trabajoEBRO SUV is looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven Product Safety Assurance for Spain.
In this position you will play an important role to set up the Quality process for the legend brand EBRO.The Quality Product safety assurance responsible, into Customer Quality Assurance department, will lead the Product safety assurance circle / team (PSAC) that will be responsible to decide all necessary or required actions in case of quality incidences with affected vehicles in the field, prioritizing safety of Ebro customers, taking into considerations technical, economic and legal aspects too.
It will also be responsible for vehicle "Recalls" (request customer to bring their vehicles to Dealer to get improvements / reworks) for assuring safety and quality during the whole life of vehicles.
It will also be responsible to report / inform about customer severe and / or safety incidences and actions (including Recalls) into Ebro- Brand (especially to CEO´s; VIP´s).Key responsibilities:Steering Product Safety Assurance Circle (PSAC).Conducting problems resolution to the right department in the company.Reporting about safety incidences and recalls (actions into customer vehicles) to company VIP´s and CEO´s.Taking decisions for actions in vehicles focused on safety and also taking into consideration technical, economic and legal aspects.Ensuring introduction of all necessary activities in customer vehicles to assure safety during the whole life of vehicles.Manage customer complaints and coordinate the corresponding responses, especially for those affecting product safety.Collect and Manage customer complaints and coordinate the corresponding responses also tracking issues to closure.Collect feedback (Database) on local adaptation needs in the European market and communicate this to relevant central departments, steering improvements inside the Brand.Assure Lessons Learned process return to different areas into the Brand to avoid same problems / incidences in new products.Establish and maintain relationships with dealers (technical assistance; aftersales) and other interested parties to assure the customer vehicles quality.Your profile:Bachelor's / Master's degree in science or engineering, experience in quality management is preferred.Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish.3+ years of relevant work experience in quality management.Experience in vehicles safety issues.Familiar with basic tools and methods of quality management, such as DFMEA, MSA, SPC, APQP, etc.Ability to lead and motivate teams in continuous quality improvement.Knowledge of quality tools and techniques, such as statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis, 5 Whys, 8 Ds.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.High level of integrity and professional ethics.We are one of the most challenging projects in the Automotive Industry today in Spain, relaunching an iconic brand in the market.
