**Main Responsabilities**:
- Ensure that FISE services provided comply with all FISE processes, including Planning, Job Execution and Management Control;
- Ensures that running services provided meet customers' expectations, by programming the number of crews, tools and equipment to be used, supervising administrative procedures are carried out in order to enter drilling areas, monitoring operation indicators, defining improvement actions, updating drilling and tubular design changes plans;
- Is aware of commercial conditions and service level of all contracts of her/his region and contracts validity;
- Promotes services to potential customers by assessing services or products needs associated with offered services, offering possible new services for sale, being the strategic support for the Front End, dealing with customers queries and proposing solutions in case of dissatisfaction or complaints;
- Verifies that equipment is in optimum conditions by controlling providers tools and requesting all necessary documentation to meet customer requirements;
- Ensures materials control monitoring accessories stock, identifying why some have not been used for a period of time and authorizing urgent purchases in accordance with a services order;
- Elaborate and update regional forecast including job type, required service level, estimated duration of the jobs, client specification, regional HC & training needs, International Pool needs, and other necessary information for budgeting and planning;
- Ensures his/her region's compliance with all aspects related to HSE (Health Safety Environment), including HSE procedures, Behavior Safety Training, Risk Assessment, Incident reporting, HSE audits, regional regulations, in coordination with FISE HSE Manager and HSE regional representative under his supervision;
- Prepare and keep updated the job schedule for all collaborator under his/her supervision, assigning them the activities according to their experience, certifications, availability and criticity of job.

- Keeps a balanced utilization of his/her team members along the year;
- Ensures all documents/records related to the job are completed in an accurate and timely fashion;
- Optimizes management reports submitting indicators analysis results, communicating deviations to top management;
- Prepares expenses/investments/personnel budget for each period and each job/ period;
- Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.
**Special Skill, Knowledge and Experience Requiered**:
- Graduation complete;
- Fluent English, written and spoken, Spanish will be useful;
- 3 or more years of experience with team management and KPI's analysis;
- Desirable field experience (drilling rig);
- Availability to act in Rio das Ostras and Region.
