The Role
You will be a key member of our Data Insights team's Business Intelligence initiative. As a Staff Data Analyst, you will work to build scalable reporting and business decision-making tools to answer some of the company's most important questions, optimize, develop and implement workflows, and ultimately effect change and improve efficiency throughout the company.
Responsibilities
* Build performant, scalable, and extensible data models and dashboards.
* Translate large amounts of data into consumable operational and strategic dashboards and reports.
* Capture reporting and important metric requirements from partners at various levels and with varying levels of technical/data expertise.
* Participate in the development of the Business Intelligence roadmap.
Requirements
* Minimum 6+ years of experience in data architecture, and business intelligence, or a related field.
* 4+ years of advanced SQL experience working with large datasets (create, maintain, and improve data sets, pipelines, and reporting).
* 3+ years of experience with BI tools and technologies (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
* Experience working with Marketing analytics and Senior Leadership.
* Experience with theory and practice of design of experiments and statistical analysis of results.
* Experience in scripting for automation (e.g. dbt) and advanced SQL skills.
