Job Summary:Treasury leader is responsible for managing the organization’s cash flow, carrying out banking operations, developing financial plans, and ensuring that funds are available for continued business operations in the countries under its responsibility.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Managing the daily cash balance, funding, and risk management operations within functional guidelines.Investigating variances in cash management results.Engaging in relations with banks and financial institutions.Manage the bank relationship with the financial institutions that we partner with, ensuring all current bank services products are being delivered whilst pushing for innovations to improve the company’s efficiency.Forecasting cash payments and anticipating challenges arising from limited cash flow.Daily, weekly, or monthly identification of FX exposures and propose risk mitigation actions (e.G. hedging, among others) to the Controller, Regional Finance Director and Corporate Treasury.Month-end reporting activities as well as controlling of cash and exposure.Coordinate and ensure delivery of any Corporate Finance initiatives (e.G. dividends, capital injections etc.)Ensuring compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures in relation to cash managementSupport in the audit deliverables and financial statements preparations related to Treasury/cash management.Responsible for managing the different corporates cards programs in the countries.Manage and ensure a strong control of all bank signatories across the regionOwnership and guardian of banking setup incl. opening/closing of accounts, master user management of accesses, cost management, operational service quality from banks, etc.Any other activity related to treasury or cash management. Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree accounting finance, business administration or a related fieldMinimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in finance or treasury departmentExperience in relationships with external advisorsA proactive and innovative person, avid to problem-solveEnthusiastic, team player, and quick learner.Results orientedManagement of Excel and management systems.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; experience with SAPAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.Advanced English language for writing, reading and conversation.
