**Primary Purpose of the Position**:
**Principle Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Discuss hiring requests with the requesting leader-HRBP in order to fully understand the request made and to offer consulting services based on recruiting-selection experience. Assure correct definition of profile ,capabilities and experiences is in accordance with the needs of the organization.
- Fulfill the function of the relationship management with internal customers. Manage expectations and prepare contingency plans for critical positions. Resorting to well-defined service level agreements (SLAs). Constantly gain knowledge about Goodyear’s business segments and the characteristics of the professionals wanted by requesting departments.
- Manage recruiting accounts on social media.
- Manage the selection process follow
- up software.
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
**Experience**:
- 5 or more years of experience working in Recruiting and Selection departments or acting as a Recruiter (for large-sized companies) - Executive search - Desired.
- Experience in communicating with internal customers and preparing reports about the progress of the selection processes.
- Experience in using recruiting management systems/approaches (via social media).
**Knowledge**:
- Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English.
- Fully skilled in interview techniques, competence interviewing and analysis of human behavior.
- Exceptional ability to communicate and synthetize ideas (verbal/written).
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products, social media and recruiting/selection software.
