We deliver end-to-end solutions that result in revolutionary work.Responsibilities:Planning and timing control: E2E project management including business definitions, client & key stakeholders’ meetings and continuous communication.Facilitates and ensures effective communication and productive relationships by adding value, raising flags and managing client expectations related to the project.Guarantee full integration with other capabilities.Roadmaps set up per brand/project/market based on objectives & business needs.JIRA owner: Tickets creation and due date set up with clear info, objectives & materials needed.Collaboration with other capabilities and Q&A sessions ensuring the objective of the brief is met.Orchestration of Capabilities & Product Owners.Ensure capabilities deliverables are following the approved guidelines & meet client expectations.Provide ongoing optimization gathering recommendations by leveraging capabilities insights.Requirements:Strong project management skills with prioritization focus.Experience with change management and communications.Strong communication skills across stakeholders including C-Suite and Global stakeholders.Problem solver with ability to break down complexity.Fluent English.Spanish is desirable.At VML, we are committed to fostering an all-inclusive work environment that is both rewarding and career-forward.
