**Key Responsibilities**:
Lead and manage the design team to develop and deliver innovative and high-quality design solutions for Fine Fragrance products providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship to the design team to ensure they are growing and developing their skills;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and fragrance experts to ensure the design solutions meet the client's brief and brand standards;
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and they are satisfied with the design solutions;
Manage and prioritize the workload of the design team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget;
Manage the design process, including conceptualization, sketching, prototyping, and production, and oversee the quality control of design projects to ensure they meet the required standards.
**Requirements**:
A portfolio demonstrating a range of design work, including packaging design, product design, and branding related to the Fine Fragrance or Luxury Market;
Experience in managing and leading creative teams;
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills;
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and meet very tight deadlines with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, and innovative new tools.
