What will you be doing at Banvit BRF?
* Assure the accuracy, existence, and completeness of spare-parts stored in the warehouses through regular controls and checks
* Organize the warehouse environment by leading a team and ensuring sustainability within spare-part management processes
* Set up a team by selecting individuals who best meet technical and behavioral requirements, respecting your budget, approved headcount, and current policy
* Handle promotions, merits, and replacements within your team
* Manage consequence plans to correct behavioral deviations and/or improve performance, applying disciplinary measures or developing recovery plans to reverse potential terminations
* Periodically report to the Internal Control Manager regarding regular and irregular activities within the warehouse
* Identify and provide guidance on maintenance needs of the physical structure of spare parts warehouse
* Receive guidance from leadership on executing new responsibilities, non-standard tasks, or resolving complex/unusual problems
* Ensure legal compliance of the Warehouse for internal, external, and customer audits, as well as Health and Safety standards
What kind of profile are we looking for?
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related area (advanced degree is a plus)
* Min. 3-5 years of relevant work experience
* Expertise in warehouse management and team leadership
* Good command of SAP and MRP systems
* Good command of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Knowledge of relevant legislation, such as allergens and Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
* Living in Bandırma or willing to relocate

* Attention to detail in maintaining the accuracy and completeness of inventory records
* Excellent organizational and sustainability management skills
* Familiarity with applicable internal policies, norms, compliance and procedures
* Ability to continuously propose and implement process improvements
