Equativ is looking for a detail-oriented, eager, and motivated individual to join our Latam office as an Audience and Media Strategy Specialist in the Sales and Marketing team.
You will provide support to the sales team by leveraging firm-wide resources to respond to formal Request For Proposal (RFPs)and related advertising briefs.
You will also propose innovative ideas and creative approaches to help increase the efficiency of our proposals and as a consequence the advertising efficiency of our clients' campaigns.
This role will provide an opportunity to interface with experts across all areas of the firm, as well as provide exposure to the full span of products and services offered
**What you'll do ??**:
- Understand our client's strategies, imperatives, and critical metrics
- Cultivate cross-country and cross functions collaborative relationships with Sales Demand and Supply team, the sourcing and technical team abroad, the product team, etc.
- Experience with conceptualizing integrated ideas and writing proposals and strong PowerPoint skills-Ability to think strategically, understanding sales needs and translate these needs into compelling concepts and solutions
- Exceptional proposal writing and presentation skills (creative design background and graphics including Photoshop proficiency considered a plus).
Brazilian Portuguese Native requested.

- Provide resources and support to the Sales team and working with the world's largest brands
- Understand brands' digital media and consumer obstacles

- Developing media plans that effectively maximize client investment opportunities
- Confirming media availability and making inventory volume and KPI estimations
- Proposing our solutions in customized PPT decks that outline the response to the business opportunity
- Building and coordinating with our Graphic Design team product demo links and other collateral to display the technology and functionality of our exclusive in-house formats
- Identifying and confirming campaign parameters by collaboratively working with internal Research, Ad Ops, and Publishing teams
- Be able to pitch your media strategy and audience analysis to key agencies and advertisers
