Key Responsibilities
Strategic Market Leadership
* Partner with the CEO to articulate and broadcast the company vision and positioning
* Develop comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies backed by in-depth market research and competitive analysis
* Define product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences
Operational Execution
* Lead end-to-end product launches, managing all aspects from creative asset development to campaign execution
* Help us broadcast a vision and position through the market
* Monitor and optimize key performance metrics
* Utilize advanced analytics tools and generative AI solutions for rapid market insights and iterative messaging
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work collaboratively with product, sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure cohesive strategy execution
* Act as a connector between departments, incorporating actionable feedback into product development and market strategies
* Actively participate in campaign execution, while also mentoring and growing your team over time
Requirements
Experience & Background
* 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within agile, cross-functional teams
* Proven track record in executing successful market launches for software or tech-related products
* Strong educational background in marketing, business, or related fields; relevant certifications are a plus
Skills & Technical Expertise
* Exceptional strategic planning and market research abilities
* Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and analytics tools
* Demonstrated competence in advanced data analytics and generative AI for market testing and message refinement
* Superior narrative and storytelling skills to craft compelling product value propositions
