Key Responsibilities:
* Explore target markets and identify new leads
* Approach leads by phone and establish contact at the property
* Use provided sales scripts to drive sales and respond to customer rejections
* Understand hotel operations and technology used
* Address customer queries or escalate as necessary
* Maintain relationships with existing customers through regular calls
* Conduct online research on competitors, customers, and products
* Build relationships with decision-makers to understand technological priorities
* Focus on hot leads, follow up, and convert them into closures
* Meet or exceed daily and monthly targets for call volume and sales
Requirements:
* 1+ year of experience in telesales
* Fluency in English and regional Sri Lankan languages
* Excellent communication and presentation skills over the phone
* Ability to learn IT products and their functionality
* Patience and calmness when managing clients
* Ability to follow scripts
* Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
* Exceptional customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Proven sales track record in telesales
