**You are responsible for**
- Lead analysis to form a relevant understanding of context (domain, business, market, emerging contexts, related trends, target groups, etc.)
and define and articulate relevant insights.
- Manage the process of creating surprising and relevant scenarios/ themes/ concepts along with stakeholder teams.
- Create effective and appropriate visual languages by understanding the meaning and effect of these on the brand, audience, market, and culture.- Challenges technology, constraints, and trends.
Understand development tools and methods opportunities, constraints, trends.- Build relationships and appropriately influence relevant internal & external stakeholders.
Able to manage project budgets and also develop stakeholder relationships and build networks to achieve short

**You are a part of**
Philips Design is the in-house design house of Philips working across multiple domains in healthcare, consumer lifestyle, and Research.
Located in Blumenau, Br, Philips Design plays a key role in the entire proposition creation process from facilitating, co-creation approach to defining user experience to implementation in products and services.
**To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience**:
- Proficiency in design skills
- Knowledge and ability to manage the process involving multiple stakeholders
- Ability to lead and communicate with clarity with internal and external suppliers and customers.
- The person is required to solve tactical issues on day to day basis by collaborating with development team at the team create a vision for the team for future releases.
