Role: Network Analyst
Location: Londrina
Work Mode: Onsite
Shift time: 12x36 - 7am to 19 pm OR 19 pm to 7pm
English Level: Advanced
Must-Have:
* Fluent/Advanced English to conduct Major Incidents meetings, also to send emails communications to Vice-Presidents, Directors, and Chiefs.
* Degree/bachelor’s in computer engineering, or computer science, or computer networking.
* 5+ years of IT Support, or networking support, or NOC role background experience.
* Great knowledge about ITIL Major Incident Management, also Change management.
* Great knowledge about Network Operations, and Telecom devices (Switches, routers, Firewall etc.).
* Great communication and presentation skills.
Good-to-Have:
* Information Security policies
* Knowledge about Network Architecture and Design
* Oracle and SQL DB accounts management
* Microsoft 365 technical knowledge
* Citrix technical knowledge
