**About the Role**:
WeWork is currently seeking an Events Lead to support the events area in Brazil, at the country level.
You will be supporting all aspects of the area daily business needs including, but not limited to: outreach, approval and scheduling, execution, and follow up of all aspects related to events.
Understanding our event business model and building specific alternative revenue potential will be key for this position.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with events outreach to generate more revenue, on top of our membership fee revenue.
- Prospect, qualify, and nurture leads through the sales cycle resulting in events sold.
- Qualifying prospective clients through incoming phone calls.
- Record all opportunities accurately on Salesforce, keep Salesforce fully updated always and produce reports as requested.
- Responsible for researching, identifying and scheduling new qualified event opportunities.
- Anticipate clients' needs before they arise using relevant information collected about past events to enhance and personalize their experience.
- Assist with the outbound sales process: outbound lead qualification, prospecting, pipeline building and opportunity identification.
- The Employee's target will be turning lead information around on the day, and generating a minimum of 20 qualified researched events leads per week.
- Assist with everything regarding lead generation efforts.
- Communicate with internal team and external contacts to ensure that all events are being executed in a timely manner.
- Be a jack of all trades: you will do anything needed to support the events team in order to achieve team goals.

- High level of professional maturity, integrity, and a solid work ethic.
- Ability to maintain company confidentiality in all aspects of the position.
