Deliver projects under the defined IT Framework ensuring that each gate is approved and the Final Project Charter and deliverables are met on time, scope and budget as agreed.The Project Manager in conjunction with the project sponsor will also define the projects objectives, what is in scope, the deliverables and oversee quality control throughout the project life cycleThe Project Manager is responsible for the communication and documentation management procedures; including maintaining a central project file in SharePointDirect and manage project development from beginning to endEnsure project has the proper approved documentation to submit the gates passage.Ensure project is initiated with a business case and right approvalsDefine project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholdersAnalyze project proposals to determine time frame, funding limitations and appropriate process for accomplishing projects.Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones and required activities and tasks.Provide day to day direction to the project technical team and weekly project status to the sponsor (or Program Manager), local Manager, PMO, and main stakeholders, ensuring that deliverables are delivered with quality and on schedule.Establish work plan and staffing for project activities, iterations or phases, and arrange for recruitment or assignment of project personnel.Ensure resource availability by negotiating internal resources or external onesImplement project communication plan.Perform risk assessment and implement mitigation plans.Ensure that project goals are accomplished and in line with business objectives.Assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority to project personnel.Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget.Review status reports prepared by project personnel, and modify schedules or plans as required.Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crisis and devise contingency plansDefine program success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycleCoach, mentor, motivate and supervise Project Team members and contractors and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned workBuild, develop and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the projectConduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements, Preferred QualificationsMinimum Qualifications, Formal Education, Certification or Equivalent· Bachelor s or Master s degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience· Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) Working Experience Nature and Length· A minimum of seven (7) years direct work experience working as a project manager in a corporate IT environment in medium to large organizations under a PMO· Expert in demonstrating proficiency in a wide range of information IT security technologies, embedded security, and platforms· Expert with a high level of analytical ability where problems are typically unusual and difficult - gather and interpret complex qualitative or quantitative data· Having experience managing projects like the ones below is a plus:o Microsoft Data Loss Prevent-Microsoft Purview Suiteo Removeable Device Storage controlo Mobile Devices Security Hardening, Mobile Threat Defense and Security Controls Implementation using Microsoft Intuneo Mobile Device Management and Standardizationo Third Party Risk Management and Assessment· Experience with cloud environments e.g Microsoft Azure· PMP OR PMI-ACP certified· Demonstrated familiarity in leading a technical project team deploying IT infrastructure projects to extend and renew IT assets: Laptop, workstations, Servers, Storage, Firewalls, Networks, LAN, VLAN, WAN, Operational Systems (Windows).· Demonstrated experience and ability in successfully utilizing soft skills or people skills Additional Qualifications Technical or Functional Competency Requirements· Knowledge of Technical IT concepts and architecture.· Experience with one or more project/program management methodologies (such as PMI and Agile) and across a range of project types.· Must be able to learn, understand and apply new technologies· Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to develop and communicate the program objectives, inspire and motivate staff, and maintain alignment with the business strategy.· Possesses a high degree of political sensitivity, astuteness and the ability to effectively use the informal power structure of the organization to achieve success and clear obstacles for the program.· Highly empathetic and able to vary styles of interaction to match the needs of a variety of temperaments and personalities.· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain and sell the program goals and objectives to the business, as well as technical leadership.· Strong business acumen, including industry, domain-specific knowledge of the enterprise and its business units.
