Responsibilities
Explore target markets, identify new leads, and approach them through phone calls. Use sales scripts provided by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections. Understand hotel operations and the technology used, address customer queries, and maintain fruitful relationships with existing clients. Conduct research on competitors, customers, and products to gain insights, build strong relationships with decision-makers, and concentrate on hot leads. Meet or exceed daily and monthly targets for call volume and sales. Provide round-the-clock support to customers, identify opportunities for campaigns and services, and make alliances that lead to winning sales in enterprise accounts.
Requirements
Preferred 1+ years of experience in telesales, fluency in English and regional Sri Lankan languages, excellent communication and presentation skills over the phone. Able to learn IT products and their functionality, patience, and the ability to manage clients calmly by understanding their needs. Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills, exceptional customer service skills, and a preferred proven sales track record in telesales.
