Minimum qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in a consulting role in technology or digital advertising industry- Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish or Portuguese fluently
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience developing internal and external stakeholder networks
- Ability to navigate Google and client side to build relationships necessary to deliver against strategic plans and projects
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, and scale effectively across a large organization and highly distributed team
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt your message to technical and business audiences
- Excellent technical program/project management skills, enabling multiple cross-functional teams to deliver against plan

**Responsibilities**:
- Partner with sales and clients to establish a technical plan to accomplish joint business objectives and improve the client's digital maturity.
- Act as the default trusted technical advisor of our customer(s) and internal stakeholders.
Propose technical solutions for their business challenges by serving as a technical consultant, leader, and visionary.
- Oversee complex global, multi-product projects acting as the program manager.
Oversee deadlines, risks, communication, and removal roadblocks amongst other things.
- Speak the client's language and represent gTech in client conversations.
Know the client's problems and suggest solutions and services that gTech can offer.
- Lead, through informal authority, gTech teams and cross-functional partners, providing consulting services focused on achieving business goals through the use of technology.
