What does a Creative Director do at Hogarth?
The Creative Technology Director will lead a team of creative professionals and closely collaborate with various stakeholders, including technology developers, data scientists, business executives, and clients.
The primary focus will be overseeing the contextual and aesthetic aspects of projects, providing creative direction, and ensuring that the creative vision aligns with technological implementation.
Additionally, the individual will focus on leveraging emerging technologies, automation, and artificial intelligence to enhance creativity, optimize workflows, and drive innovation in content production.
Key Areas of Responsibility
* Attending meetings with clients.
* Managing people to be recognized as a great leader at the company.
* Ensuring the highest quality experience.
* Carving out relationships with clients and guiding the team consistently, showcasing design leadership.
* Responsible for all creative processes, managing the team, routines, materials development, meetings with Project Managers, brainstorming; reviewing final projects and presenting to clients.
* Thinking strategically about the development of work with the planning team, selecting components for the campaign.
* Management and campaign approval; guiding the team to ensure that campaigns align with briefs and planning.
* Supervising brand building processes, key visuals, and layouts across various media.
* Accountable for campaign strategy, social media actions, text and artwork production, understanding budgetary constraints, and maintaining brand integrity.
* Staying updated with traditional and digital media, being open to new formats.
* Supervising post-production processes to maintain quality standards.
* Guiding the team to design materials according to briefs.
Requirements
Technical Skills
* Complete Higher Course + Post Graduation + Specialization Courses.
* Fluent English Level.
* Knowledge of Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Adobe XD, Adobe Suite for Print, Adobe Experience Manager.
* Superior mastery of Animation, Motion, CGI, and 3D Techniques.
* Familiarity with Film, Audio, and Post-Production Techniques.
* Knowledge of CMS programs: Sitecore, Wordpress.
* Strong knowledge of Graphic Production and materials for Special Project Production.
* Strong knowledge of Digital Production, Web, Apps, Display Media, and Games.
* Strong organizational skills for files and information management.
* Mastery of theoretical principles of various languages - photography, drawing, animation, film, design, etc.
* Strong manual techniques such as drawing, folding, analogue photography, sculpture, etc.
* Experience directing Live-Action Films, Animation, and Institutional films.
Soft Skills
* Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.

* Strong change management capabilities; comfortable with ambiguity; adaptable and willing to learn.
