Location & Remote Work Our marketing team works on the "remote-first" model, which means we are working from home with the possibility of living anywhere in Brazil.
We also have the option of using QuintoAndar's offices in São Paulo or using partner coworking spaces, both up to twice a week.
As this is a senior leadership position, presence in our office is required 3 days per month for a week in person.

As a Senior Trade Marketing Manager, you will: Develop the marketing strategy for our B2B stakeholders (agents, brokers, and institutional clients), clearly identifying opportunities, key messages, and channels for each, in collaboration with the business teams responsible for these products.
Execute the developed strategies with a focus on trade marketing initiatives: events (owned and sponsored), relationship building, and sales enablement.
Collaborate with other marketing teams to construct and implement these plans.
Allocate resources for maximum impact, manage our budget, and define KPIs to be achieved.
Manage the team responsible for Trade Marketing in Brazil and serve as the internal contact point for agencies and third-party suppliers.
Oversee the area's metrics, adjusting investments and project directions according to results, emerging challenges, and opportunities.
Requirements Over 5 years of experience in managerial marketing roles focused on B2B audiences or Trade Marketing, in brands that have made a significant impact on consumers' lives.
Strong strategic skills, with the ability to translate data and business challenges into actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
Leadership capabilities, with experience in project management, budgeting, and managing both in-house and external teams.
An academic background in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields.
Advanced English (It is worth highlighting that we offer some benefits to help our employees develop in this area).
