The Sales team at Maxihost is responsible for bringing new logos to the company and developing an extensive and long-term relationship with our customers worldwide. As Sales Assistant, you will help the sales team in their daily activities, providing support in the sales administrative processes.
**Responsibilities**
- Assist the team in the development of sales proposals, booking contracts, and addressing the questions and issues required by Maxihost's clients;
- Assist Sales Manager and the Account Executives with order entry of sales contracts; prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, research, and other sales-related documents, by compiling data;
- Resolve billing issues with the finance team;
- Support the team, making reports and interacting with other departments (like finance, procurement, infrastructure).
- Reply to tickets, support leads by chats, update the CRM, use Zendesk to monitor ticket and interact with other teams.
**Skills and qualifications**
- Strong English communication skills, both written and oral mandatory (B2 and above)
- Bachelors’ degree (completed or ongoing)
- Strong skills with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, and Presentation)
- Previous experience in a Sales or Administrative role as an Intern or Assistant
