We are looking for a highly motivated Overseas Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives and market expansion efforts in international regions. The products are BGM, CGM, Blood pressure monitor, oximeter, Thermometer and any other home-care medical devices. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve and exceed sales targets by managing sales operations in designated markets.
2. Promote the company’s brand and products through effective marketing and customer engagement strategies.
3. Identify, develop, and manage market channels to drive business growth.
4. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients, ensuring sustained market expansion.
5. Develop long-term client relationships to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
1. Fluent in English and Portuguese with strong written and verbal communication skills; Chinese speaking is an asset.
2. Proven sales experience with a passion for exceeding targets.
3. Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
4. Self-motivated and collaborative, with the ability to adapt to frequent travel and dynamic work environments.
5. Resilient and adaptable to high-pressure situations with a focus on achieving results.
