**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- Experience with software implementation and system integration.
- Experience in operations, supplier/vendor, or service delivery management, preferably in IT.
- Experience developing and managing relationships with stakeholders at senior levels with strong problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, and partnering skills.
- Ability to interact with engineers to drive and influence engineering decisions.
- Excellent problem-solving, partnering, and organizational skills.

As a Program Manager at Google, you will enable execution across multiple teams and drive delivery of multi-disciplinary learning and development engineering projects using your knowledge and expertise. You will use technical judgment to drive project delivery and technology reviews, challenge proposals, and build consensus between teams and stakeholders as you usher projects through the entire project lifecycle.

**Responsibilities**:
- Be responsible for day-to-day service success, by monitoring vendor work product using standardized metrics for quality, timeliness, volumes, cost, etc. Drive SLA improvement plans, exchange feedback, and manage escalations.
- Define new workflows, drive RFIs/RFPs in collaboration with cross-functional teams, set up pilots and long-term operations, identify opportunities to mature workflows and processes for scaling efficiently, adequate process documentation, SLA and quality frameworks, reporting, etc.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes to meet business needs. Re-engineer processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction and operationalize solutions in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders and vendor partners.- Deliver business reviews and lead recurring meetings in your area of responsibility with internal stakeholders, cross functional team members, and external partners to achieve business goals.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
