Support new and existing projects as well as provide site engineering support.* Executes and manages capital projects from feasibility through commissioning, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, delivery, and cost.* Develop and review detailed Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), technical specifications, and engineering documentation.* Leads process design and optimization for critical systems, including reactors, condensers, distillation columns, utilities (steam, chilled water), and storage vessels.* Collaborates cross-functionally with operations, quality assurance, maintenance, and external vendors to achieve project milestones.* Conducts safety assessments such as Management of Change (MOCs), Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs), and Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSRs).* Diagnoses and resolves operational and equipment issues by analyzing system performance, identifying root causes, and implementing effective corrective actions.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in mechanical or chemical engineering.Minimum 7 years of experience with at least 5 years working in a pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing environment.Ability to read and implement Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) and technical specifications.Proficiency with CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit) and project management software.Baseline proficiency with SAP or other ERP systems preferred.Seniority LevelMid-Senior levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionEngineering and DesignIndustriesPharmaceutical Manufacturing and Chemical ManufacturingMedical insurance, 401(k), Vision insurance.
