Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the execution of planning, review, control, start-up execution, and closeout processes to ensure project success.
* Drive process improvement initiatives for project controls to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* Establish strong working relationships with cross-functional teams such as integrated activity planning, contracts & procurement, stock network, logistics, and finance to facilitate seamless collaboration and information exchange.
* Lead the business planning and prioritization process to finalize budgets and project rolling forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
* Develop and implement strategies to manage project scope, timeline, and resources, ensuring timely completion within allocated budget.
