Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Safety Coordinator. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of safety on our job sites.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions
* Collaborate with management and staff to promote a culture of safety awareness and responsibility
* Maintain accurate records of incidents, near misses, and safety training
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a safety-related role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
