Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst I, you’ll perform research, prepare financial analysis, support financial and supply chain systems, and provide reliable data and technical information to make essential planning decisions.

We are looking for:
1. A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience
2. Experience in retail or business analysis
What is the work?
1. Analytics: Applies knowledge gained from experience to provide credible, action-oriented analyses and recommendations to management.
2. Provides business unit-focused reporting that includes data related to sales, cogs, ad-loss, clearance and markdowns, shrink and procurement revenue involving trend analysis, macro/micro economic research, and comparable analysis.
3. Works on strategic ad hoc projects to assist Planning and Inventory Management, BUDs, and BDMs in business decision-making.
4. Supports Planning and Inventory Management, BUDs, and BDMs in improving their businesses through enhanced processes and detailed financial analysis and interpretation.
5. Supports business planning systems, including administration of the merchandise planning system (EP), store request tool (SRT), as well as ad hoc event order management (EOM) and ViPER support.
6. Conducts audits, publishes reporting, troubleshoots issues, and provides recommendations to support inventory allocation.
What is your background?
1. A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience
2. 1+ years of experience in retail or business analysis
3. Experience applying retail accounting and finance principles to development of costing/forecasting models

12. Experience with EOM/ViPER, SRS, WFR, Tableau/Insights, etc., preferred
13. Advanced Excel skills, preferably at the expert level (Power Queries, Macros, etc.)
14. Experience/knowledge in Supply Chain, preferred
