Key Responsibilities
* Launch and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, and YouTube
* Monitor KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPA, CPM) and optimize accordingly
* Set up and manage targeting, audiences, budgets, and bidding strategies
* Conduct creative testing and performance reporting
* Coordinate with content and design teams for ad creatives
* Implement A/B testing on creatives, copy, and landing pages
* Monitor pixel and conversion tracking setup
* Stay up to date with platform algorithm changes and media buying trends
Qualifications
* 4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns (Google and Youtube mandatory; Meta is a strong bonus)
* Strong knowledge of ad platforms: Google Ads, Google Analytics, YouTube Ads
* Proven experience with lead Gen campaigns
* Familiarity with performance metrics and campaign testing strategies
* Strong analytical skills and confidence in handling campaign reports
* Excellent English communication and collaboration skills
* Bonus: experience using TripleWhale, Hyros, or other attribution platforms
