We are looking for multi-skilled candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the position of Account Manager / Brand Manager.
The Ideal candidate has a strategic mindset to manage client relationships and guide brands to success—particularly within the Amazon services space. This role is essential for driving growth, building trust, and delivering strategic e-commerce solutions.
The salary ranges from 1,600 USD to 2,500 USD per month, depending on the candidate’s experience and seniority.Candidates from other LATAM countries may be considered.
Candidates in a time zone outside of the western hemisphere will NOT be considered.

Responsibilities:
* Serve as a strategic liaison between clients and internal teams, understanding business goals to deliver tailored Amazon strategies.
* Manage and grow client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and alignment with business objectives.
* Drive brand growth by leveraging expertise in Amazon operations, optimizing processes like listings, PPC campaigns, and catalog management.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute brand strategies and achieve KPIs.
* Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve client success metrics (sales, visibility, ROI).
* Proactively address challenges, identify opportunities for growth, and manage client expectations.
* Act as a thought partner for clients by staying updated on e-commerce trends, particularly within Amazon's ecosystem.
Requirements:
* Fluent in English, YOU MUST BE ABLE TO HAVE A FLUENT PROFESSIONAL CONVERSATION IN ENGLISH
* 4-7 years of experience in client relationship management, ideally within an agency setting.
* Proven expertise in Amazon services or related e-commerce roles, with measurable success in managing multiple client accounts.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to connect with diverse stakeholders.
* Ability to analyze data to craft strategic recommendations that drive growth.
* A self-starter who thrives in a startup environment—proactive, adaptable, and able to wear multiple hats.
