In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your role and responsibilities
Facilitating agile meetings (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives);
Implement and manage Kanban practices to optimize workflow;
Collaborate with the team and stakeholders to remove impediments;
Promote the agile culture within the team and the organization;
Measuring and reporting on team performance and proposing improvements.
Required education
Technical Diploma
Required technical and professional expertise
Experience with Scrum and Kanban: Knowledge and practice in both frameworks;
Facilitation Skills: Ability to guide Scrum ceremonies and help implement Kanban;
Effective Communication: Ability to communicate with stakeholders and teams;
Conflict Resolution: Ability to mediate and resolve conflicts;
Agile Mentality: Focus on continuous improvement, learning and adaptation;
Knowledge of Agile Tools: Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Trello or Kanbanize.
Preferred technical and professional experience
Differential: Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as CSM, PSM, or Kanban Management Professional (KMP).
