Your next challenge Management of technical support and operations teams, and will be responsible for guiding the team in the evolution of processes, workflows and KPIs.
What you'll be doing: Lead a team of 8 analysts at various levels, divided into squads dedicated to monitoring, incident management and tooling.
Ensure continuous monitoring of the company's IT systems, ensuring availability and performance, in addition to implementing continuous improvements.
Oversee and evolve incident management practices, including failure response and stakeholder communications.
Evolve monitoring and processes to optimize visibility and control over the IT infrastructure.
Collaborate with other technology and operations teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services in compliance with SLAs.
Identify opportunities for automation and improvements in the team's workflow, maximizing efficiency and proactivity in problem solving.
Define and improve KPIs and NOC performance metrics, focusing on continuous improvements, performance reporting and meeting fiscal year goals.
Lead the development and training of the team, offering support for technical and professional development.
Implement governance processes for critical incidents, ensuring a quick and effective response.
You're a match Certifications Requirements: Strong skills in incident management, failure analysis and critical troubleshooting.
Advanced knowledge of monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, Datadog, etc.)
and incident management (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).
Ability to lead technical teams and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills, both with technical teams and executives Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
Work Experience Requirements: Previous experience managing NOC teams, operations or monitoring complex systems.
Experience with operations automation and integration of monitoring and management tools.
