Join us in shaping our future – and yours.Travel %: 10What you will doThe Senior Manager, Global Risk Management is a core member of the Strategy & Innovation Team, reporting directly to the Senior Director, Strategy & Innovation. The Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing on a portfolio of services to identify, mitigate and manage Legal & Compliance (ex. Ethics & Compliance, Privacy) risks including the execution of the annual assessment plan, consulting on Management Action Plans (MAPs) and investigation plans consistent with the business needs and risks identified. The Senior Manager will also be required to help in developing the plan and will assist in risk management-related activities beyond testing and consulting.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinates global legal and compliance Risk Mitigation & Opportunities governance team for risk management activities across KLC on a need and/or project basis.Provides input to Ethics & Compliance (E&C) and Privacy Regional Leaders to develop a dynamic, risk-based regional assessment and consulting strategy to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness of resources to identify, mitigate and manage legal and compliance risks; assists management to adjust plan, based on resources and evolving risks.Acts as consultant for Compliance Officers (COs), Privacy Officers, and Regional Stakeholders on multiple matters (i.e. MAP management, MAP effectiveness checks, Risk Assessment & Mitigation Insights (RAMI) app, data visualization, etc.).Participates in Ethics & Compliance Sensitive Issue investigations in case of assignment by the triage committee.Plans and advises on assessment and consulting activities performed at each Country / Legal Entity (LE) assigned in partnership with the Officers using a customized approach tailored to local risks.Provides consulting support to Officers and Risk Management team members to advise on development of effective Management Action Plans (MAPs).Partners with Officers and business leaders to influence process changes to enable stronger controls.Support development of monitoring processes of key risk areas (monitoring execution to be owned within KLC function).Supports leadership in risk management activities across and beyond KLC.QualificationsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is preferred.Extensive experience and demonstrated leadership in legal, compliance or related function (e.g. Privacy, Regulatory, Quality, Finance).Demonstrated leadership with a business-centric mindset.Requires experience conducting tests and/or audits and managing testing/monitoring programs in one or more compliance areas (HCC, FCPA, Finance, Quality).Requires knowledge of HCC/fraud and abuse laws; regulatory promotional practices; FCPA, financial or auditing practices; and company business processes and policies, such as Sales & Marketing, Medical Affairs, etc.Command over quantitative analytical or statistical skills.Soft skills such as empathy and resilience.Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, including formal presentation skills.Ability to successfully manage multiple critical issues simultaneously, shaping the decisions and supporting the Risk Management team members involved.Ability to influence, negotiate and communicate with both internal and external customers and at all levels of the organization.Ability to move autonomously in an evolving environment, using limited information and guidance, developing meaningful value-added analysis and comments.Team building and coaching skills to manage the Risk Management Team resources.Experience in providing constructive and timely feedback is essential, together with the ability to remotely manage Risk Management resources.Integrity and ethics-based actions and behaviors.Desired QualificationsCross-functional experience.Experience leading in a multi-national environment.Strategic thinking.Collaboration and teaming.Self-awareness and adaptability.Experience leading investigation interviews.What’s in it for youLearning & Development OpportunitiesEmployee Resource GroupsThis list could vary based on location/region*Note: Total Rewards at Kenvue include salary, bonus (if applicable) and benefits.
