As a Design Researcher for BDC Data and Analytics Design team, you’ll be working with our product design team, ensuring that in a fast-paced development organization, the design organization thrives. You’ll be empowering our UX designers and User Assistance authors with relevant user feedback and data analysis, as well as running research projects directly with customers.Some of the job responsibilities include:The ability to conduct professional customer facing feedback sessions, testing designs, documentation, prototypes, and the existing products.Work independently and in a team to complete assigned projects while maintaining communication with interested / affected parties.Developing collaborative work relationships within the BDC development and design teams.Community building & best practice sharing between different international offices.What you bring:Experience running research and usability studies.Excellent organizational, time management, planning, and project management skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.Basic knowledge of design tools like Figma.Bring out your bestSAP innovations help more than four hundred thousand customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively.
