We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) for the Mobile business at an important insurance company. The CRM will manage Claro and Movistar accounts, oversee sales plans, and maintain relationships with Digital and B2B areas. They will drive new product launches and cross-selling across channels, supervise the COE team, and manage the sales and incentive budget. Additionally, they will monitor the Trade In business with Motorola and retailers. Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong client relationships. Develop business plans and ensure compliance. Coordinate the implementation of new products and services. Identify cross-selling opportunities and manage contract renewals. Monitor project progress and provide reports. Attend industry events to discover new business opportunities. Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in corporate sales or mid-management roles in the mobile/retail sector (OEM). University degree in Economics/Administration or Engineering. Advanced English proficiency. Strong financial knowledge (P&L, cost of operations). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to balance client and company interests. Hybrid work model: 1 day per week in the office (Retiro, CABA) and client visits as needed.
