The Director of Talent and Culture supervises and provides consultation to the management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, budget, and labor relations.He/she is also expected to take a leadership role in developing a culture that supports the hotel’s strategic goals. The Director of Talent and Culture will lead performance management, talent assessment, and effective labor relationships, including negotiating and administering labor agreements.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources ManagementMinimum 5 years of Human Resources Management experienceA strong understanding of labor and employment lawExcellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English languageProficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPointAdditional InformationStrong leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skillsExcellent communication and customer contact skillsResults and service oriented with an eye for detailsAbility to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situationsA team player & builderA motivator & self-starterWell-presented and professionally groomed at all times
