Amazon is seeking a strategic and dynamic individual to lead and grow our Consumer Electronics category within Amazon Marketplace. This role will be responsible for owning the most important Sellers for the category, driving category growth, enhancing seller relationships, and optimizing the overall SL marketplace ecosystem.
Job Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a strategic vision for the Consumer Electronics category on Amazon Marketplace.
* Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform category strategy.
* Set and achieve ambitious growth targets for the Consumer Electronics category.
* Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and increase selection.
* Manage a portfolio of high-value strategic accounts within the Consumer Electronics category.
* Create and implement account-specific growth plans to drive mutual business success.
* Attract and onboard new high-quality sellers to expand the category.
* Identify and resolve seller pain points to improve the overall marketplace experience.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
* Collaborate with data analytics teams to generate actionable insights.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 5+ years of sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent experience.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
* Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple levels of an organization.
* Proven track record of driving business growth and managing high-value partnerships.
* Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.
* Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent.
