**Purpose of role**: Plan and conduct trials of products biological efficacy and residues, following defined procedures and standards and also developing new methodologies.
Seek quality assurance and rastreability of trials, aiming data genaration for Global and Regional projects of pipeline and portfolio products.
Keep a good relation with internal and external stakeholders (legal, marketing, global and local R&D), contribute on technical discussion, and influence others.
Participate on internal and external cientific events.
Be responsible for contracts reviews, data summary reports and trainings organization.
**Job Requirement**:
Qualification Agronomist or similar (Masters, equivalent or higher)
Fluent English (CEFR B2, TOEFL 85 equivalent or higher)
Experience in identical or comparable role
**Technical Skills Requirement**:
1) Work with the Station manager in order to ensure the cost effective execution of research activities at the Station, providing recommendations for the purchase of needed equipment.
2) Accountable for the effective execution and coordination of all research activities in your area of operations.
Ensuring that high quality trials are implemented, maintained, assessed and the resulting data reported to stake-holders in a timely and efficient manner.
3) Preparing protocols, discussing and gaining input from stake-holders, reporting and archiving.
4) Contributing to screening and development meetings and discussions, in particular in the form of data summaries and technical leadership.
5) Staying up-to-date with and working within relevant field methodologies, including where appropriate EPPO and country testing guidelines.
6) Within your area of operations, staying up-to-date with developments in agricultural best practices and acting as a point of contact for any technical queries.
7) Actively participate and contribute to the growth of UPLs Intellectual Property (IP) / patent portfolio.
8) Ensure that technical know-how on products and technologies is maintained internally and effectively transferred to concerned departments.
**Specific or Additional Certification Required**:
Strong experience in conducting seed treatment trials.
