The Digital Channel Manager will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing channels to support ABM campaigns targeting key accounts across the globe. This role requires a strong understanding of the B2B digital landscape,
Proficiency with relevant platforms and the ability to leverage data-driven insights to maximize campaign performance and ROI. This manager will ensure consistent and personalized messaging across all digital touchpoints, contributing to the overall success of ABM initiatives and helping our Brazil expansion plans.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Identify and select appropriate digital channels for reaching specific target accounts
* Develop and implement digital channel strategies aligned with ABM campaign goals and target account profiles.
* Manage and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Ads, Meta Ads).
* Create and manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across channels.
* Implement and manage targeted email marketing campaigns, leveraging personalization and segmentation to engage key decision-makers.
* Supervise website and landing pages for ABM campaigns, ensuring a seamless user experience and lead capture.
* Manage social media channels, focusing on content that resonates with target accounts and facilitates engagement.
* Oversee SEO strategy, including keyword research, content optimization, and link-building efforts.
* Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the ABM team and clients.
* Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Analytics) to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
* Generate reports on channel performance, including reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
* Coordinate with strategists, account managers, content and design teams to ensure brand consistency.
* Work with the sales team to align the digital efforts with the sales strategy.
* A/B test landing pages, ad creatives, and messaging for conversion optimization.
* Stay updated with trends in digital marketing and emerging technologies.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience in digital channel management, preferably within a B2B or ABM environment.
* Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms ( Ads, Google Ads, etc.) and email marketing tools.
* Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) and data analysis.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Understanding of CRM and Marketing automation platforms.
* Experience with ABM tools and platforms is a plus.
