Please read on if so…HERE’S A BREAKDOWN OF WHAT YOU’LL DO (NOT ALL OF IT, JUST THE MOST IMPORTANT STUFF) Implement and execute recruitment strategy to include internal and external searches, identifying top talent across multiple skill sets. Effectively partner with stakeholders and hiring managers to drive local and global recruitment strategy. Deliver best-in-class experience to both internal and external parties. Proactive sourcing – Conduct market research ensuring an understanding of overall recruitment landscape. Collaborate with global Recruitment and HR teams to share best practice, knowledge and talent pools. Manage agency and third-party relationships.DO YOU HAVE THESE ESSENTIALS? Combination of In-house and agency recruitment experience (min 3 years). Multi-Lingual, fluent Portuguese and English. Spanish a big plus as well. Knowledge of media production and/or broadcast and/or marketing hiring strategies. Global recruitment experience – knowledge of visa restrictions, time zones and exposure to different cultures. Proven success directly sourcing and adopting creative approaches to build candidate pipelines.
