- What You Will Achieve
- Working with a dynamic team of Logistics and Supply Chain experts along with Quality teams, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing short-to mid-term supply chain strategies and networks through a range of activities.
Some of the activities that you will manage include addressing capacity issues and production location decisions in support of business growth and execution of new programs.
- You will be responsible for ensuring successful performance of the supply and delivery chain for assigned portfolio of products within the assigned markets.
Execute activities for improvement initiatives related to supply & inventory management to support achievement of commercial goals for the region and markets in scope.
- Accountable for coordination of inventory deployment for assigned markets
- Support completion of Product change lifecycle management activities requiring supply input
- Execute activities for supply-related or other assigned improvement initiatives
- Alignment with AMP HUB Planning Team and local market requirements to prioritize deployment process in assigned markets.

- How You Will Achieve It
- Responsible for Supply Assurance and Supply Chain performance of assigned portfolio of products.
- Continuously monitor and ensure product supply of assigned products.
- Monitor and Maintain supply projections to identify possible supply risks associated with the release of the products within the assigned Market.
- Consult with and inform AMP SupplyPlanning Teamof market dynamics that influence continuity of supply, both throughreports adjustments as well as through dialogue when appropriate.
- Drive communication and resolution of supply issues with stakeholders using standard processes (e.g.
e-alerts, weekly calls with market/plants)
- Represent region in global and regional forums (for assigned product portfolio).
- Plan and implement routine launch, in-line product extensions, and major product changes enabling business unit growth.
- Perform root cause analysis ofplan deviationsand metrics out of target todefine improvement plans.
- Escalate risks to AMP Team Lead as needed (based on urgency, impact, complexity) andpartner to drive resolution of escalated issues.
- Exhibit strong knowledge of legislation, market practice and understanding of local Logistics market business environment.
- Coordinate and execute pre-shipment and post-shipment activities required in-market to have product available for sales in alignment with different stakeholders and defined responsibilities such as Repacking and relabeling activities, domestic inter-company sales, quality release prioritization, etc.
- In Market activities coordination with local stakeholders including Quality, Regulatory and Logistics to ensure inventory availability and avoid stock outs.
- Develop and maintain Packaging Materials Planning according to countries requirements.
- Proactively understand demand drivers and supply implications from forecast changes in partnership with Supply Chain and related Pfizer Global Supply colleagues and functions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and a state of audit readiness.
- Serve as point of contact to Market Lead and other in-market functions for any questions related to inventory deployment activities.
- Execute assigned activities related to supply or other improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to the completion of projects and manage own time to meet agreed targets and develop plans for activities on own projects.
- Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years' experience
- Experience and working knowledge of Clinical Supply Systems
- Demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical operations, understanding of pharmaceutical industry commercial dynamics, trends and regulatory processes.
- Knowledge of production and capacity planning, shop floor control, distribution planning and inventory control
- Ability to observe patterns and trends in data, determining root cause of issues and drawing proper conclusions from analysis
- Develop effective relationships with multiple stakeholders and quick grasp and understanding of complex situations involving many moving parts
- S
