About the role
We are seeking an experienced User Acquisition Manager to drive our user acquisition efforts for our subscription-based products (web to web). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing diverse traffic sources, including but not limited to Facebook, Google, Pinterest, TikTok Ads, and other social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. ROI Maximization:
o Develop and implement strategies to continuously improve return on ad spend (ROAS) across all channels.
o Identify opportunities for scaling successful campaigns while maintaining or improving efficiency.
2. Data Analysis and Insights:
o Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance metrics.
o Collaborate closely with the data team to leverage Tableau reports and other data tools.
o Use data-driven insights to inform strategy and tactical decisions.
3. Campaign Structure and Optimization:
o Design and implement optimal campaign structures across various platforms.
o Continuously test and refine ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
o Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance and identify scaling opportunities.
4. Multi-Channel Management:
o Oversee and optimize user acquisition efforts across Pinterest, TikTok, Facebook, Google, and other relevant platforms.
o Allocate budget effectively across channels based on performance and potential.
o Stay updated on platform changes and new features, adjusting strategies accordingly.
5. Strategy Development:
o Collaborate with leadership to establish clear acquisition goals, KPIs, and budgets.
o Develop comprehensive user acquisition strategies aligned with company objectives.
o Continuously adapt strategies based on performance data and market trends.
6. Creative Collaboration:
o Work closely with creative producers to develop high-performing ad creatives.
o Provide data-driven feedback to improve creative performance across channels.
o Ensure alignment between acquisition strategies and creative output.
7. Market Research:
o Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in user acquisition.
o Identify and evaluate new traffic sources and acquisition methods.
8. Cross-functional Collaboration:
o Partner with the data team to leverage insights and improve decision-making.
o Collaborate with creative producers to ensure ad creatives align with performance goals.
o Work with other teams (e.g., product, marketing) to ensure cohesive user acquisition efforts.
Qualifications
1. Experience:
o Minimum 4 years of strong experience in subscription user acquisition (web-web, web-app) with relevant products.
o Proven track record in paid social media marketing at scale, focusing on lead generation, performance marketing, and conversion optimization.
2. Platform Expertise:
o Deep understanding of social media platforms, especially Facebook Ads.
o Strong experience with TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, or similar platforms.
o Experience driving leads through Meta is required; experience with other platforms (e.g., TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube) would be an advantage.
3. Analytical Skills:
o Strong analytical skills with proficiency in UA analytical tools and techniques.
o Advanced skills in performance measurement and optimization.
o Ability to analyze complex datasets, generate insights, and make data-backed decisions.
4. Strategic Thinking:
o Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable testing plans and campaign optimizations.
o Strategic thinker with a performance and ROI-driven approach.
o Capable of developing and implementing effective lead generation strategies.
5. Project Management:
o Ability to take initiative, work independently, and drive projects forward.
o Strong organizational skills to manage multiple performance-focused campaigns simultaneously.
o Proven track record of achieving goals and meeting timelines in a fast-paced environment.
6. Communication and Collaboration:
o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Location
WinTech operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET.
