**About the role**
- Provide HR leadership and support to the Belo Horizonte's Manufacturing site.
Develop the Talent Strategy to enable the execution of business strategy by partnering with business leaders, HR regional leaders, HR Centers of Excellence and global partners, to create and deliver human capital solutions aligned with performance goals/business objectives.
**Responsibilities**
- Business embedded role that focuses on aligning & evolving the work delivered across the different client groups to meet the changing needs of our business and people.
This role empowers leaders, through coaching partnership collaboration, to embody a high performing organization.
- Sets the strategic direction for their client group(s) in most of the following areas: Org Structure, Design & Workforce Planning, Talent Strategy & Succession Planning, Cultural alignment & Employee Engagement, Change Management, Leadership Development, and process improvement.
- Work with the business and regional HR leadership to design suitable org structure based on business needs; leveraging internal & external benchmarks and ensure alignment with global career framework.
- Aligns Talent and workforce planning strategy to business strategy.
- Translates people analytics insights into human capital strategies.
- Partners with the business to deploy & implement DE&I Strategy
- Continuously coaches local leaders to build high-performing teams, and to foster organizational effectiveness.
- Coach and consult with management on issues affecting morale, performance, development, and organization effectiveness.
- Identifies the gaps between current organizational capabilities, required competencies and skills, and the future strategic objectives of the function.
- Present, train and/or facilitate workforce development programs.
Support communication on and utilization of performance management tools & processes
- Introduce, lead and influence change management initiatives with client group leaders in order to address issues that will enhance overall performance and build the overall human capital capability of the organization.
**What we look for for**
**Mandatory**:
- Completed Bachelor's degree.
- Advanced English skills
- Solid background as a HR Business Partner
- Deep knowledge on HR Disciplines (Talent Managment, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Employee Relations and Labor Relations, Payroll, Change Management)
- Solid experience in People Management
- Background in industry environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly understand technical content
- Results-oriented teamwork
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage project plans and meet specific timelines
- Excellence in a fast-paced environment
- Must be energetic, enthusiastic, determined, and goal-oriented
**Desirable**:
- MBA/Postgrad is desirable
- Medical devices/Healthcare industry background
