Key accountabilities
Generalist HR- Provides day-to-day HR guidance to line managers including; performance management guidance (coaching, counselling, performance reviews, career development, and disciplinary actions)- Provides guidance to employees around processes and policies.- Ensure that the global processes and policies will be put in place according to the needs of the business (engagement survey, performance evaluation, training, etc).- Works in partnership with the rest of the HR team globally to deal with any people related issues, restructures, initiatives or projects.- Identify, build and run training needs for the region.- Be part of the diversity and inclusion program, working on actions that will spread this topic for the region.- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning and change management.- Supports the wider HR team with the roll out of company wide HR life-cycle processes such as annual appraisals, pay review, people engagement survey amongst others as needed.
Talent Acquisition- Deeply understand the hiring needs in the region, working closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies.-
- Responsible for the KPIs related to talent acquisition, identifying opportunities to improve processes.- Responsible for People Improvement Plan (PIP), supporting managers in how they develop the employee and also map potential replacements.- To support and deliver onboarding training to new starters and ensure that this process is on track with company, managers and employees requirements.- Deep understanding about diversity needs and priorities in the region, aiming to provide actions and solutions to fill critical gaps related to diversity and inclusion.
