**What we are looking for**:
This role is a remote role to contribute to AGCO's global corporate Indirect Purchasing strategy by supporting smooth and efficient end-to-end operation in North America Duluth, in AGCO's Headquarter, remotely.
The individual has the opportunity to become the region's primary Transactional Buyer by managing indirect purchase requisitions, contract terms and purchase orders not only for the Headquarter but across sites as well.
At the same time the role is responsible for identifying improvement areas, maximizing value-add activities and supporting global initiatives and process consolidations.
Key stakeholders of this role: Business users from North America, Finance, Master Data team, Site Purchasers and other administrative business units.
The Transactional Buyer, Operational Excellence NA is an advanced key user with extended knowledge of AGCO's purchasing technology platforms including but not limited to SAP Ariba or CLM and the individual has strong networking and communication skills to act as first point of contact for any kind of Purchase to Order & Pay questions.
**What are you going to do**:
- Processing purchase requisitions, contract terms and purchase orders in AGCO's P2P tool SAP Ariba to channel operational business needs to suppliers - Managing enquires from internal stakeholders and suppliers - Collaborating with other Site Buyers and Transactional Buyers - Key User for all purchasing tool and process related questions - Driving process and compliance improvement on the respective managed site(s) - Supporting AGCO's standardization and process harmonization initiatives based on best practices.
**What do you need**:
- Bachelor degree, preferably relevant to Purchasing, Supply Chain, Finance or related field
- Experience in working in and/or with Indirect Purchasing
- Experience using Ariba/SRM/CLM or any purchasing technology
- Experience in an SSC (Shared Service Center) environment
- Strong orientation to relationship building, preferably in Customer Service
