Job Description:
The Reliability Maintenance Engineering Planner is a key role within Amazon Operations, responsible for asset and spares management, preventative maintenance planning, and machine history data.
Main Responsibilities:
* Act as the site-level Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the CMMS software, providing training to the local engineering team and escalating issues as required.
* Ensure the system adheres to IntlRME standards and participate in coordinated projects to roll out new functionality and procedures.
* Record site-level equipment, spare parts, and minimum holding levels in the system to ensure technicians have necessary parts.
* Forecast and assign preventative maintenance to technicians to provide high equipment availability.
* Compile equipment information, performance metrics, and machine histories to make recommendations for improvements.
* Manage spare parts stock levels, place orders, and track inventory with procurement and other teams.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, operations, business administration, or related field.
* Experience planning, scheduling, and auditing maintenance activities, either hands-on or as a planner.
* CMMS software experience.
* Proficiency in MS Excel.
* Experience managing stores or spare parts inventories.
* Fluent Portuguese and English language skills.
* Azure Power Management platform experience.
* Experience rolling out a new CMMS system.
* Training or coaching experience.
* Amazon process knowledge.
