Team Overview and Job responsibilities
We are looking for a HR Manager to join our team.
Based in Cariacica, Brazil, reporting to HR Director, you will be responsible for:
1.
Ensure that the Company's Values - DRIVE, TRUST and SIMPLICITY are lived daily in the Brazilian operation
2.
Establish the necessary processes and procedures for executing and complying with the action plans defined by the strategic level;
3.
Manage high and medium complexity projects, activities and teams and be responsible for the results obtained in their area of expertise;
4.
Acting in the management, planning, implementation and control of compensation programs, career plans, skills management, training and development programs, hiring policies, personnel administration, benefit plans;
5.
Plan, manage and implement Quality of Life programs, Talent Retention, Knowledge Management, Organizational Climate Management, Organizational Culture and others;
6.
Manage the indicators of the Human Resources area, in order to guarantee the achievement of the defined goals and objectives (Cost of labor, hours worked, overtime, absenteeism, compliance with the Annual Training Plan, etc.
);
7.
Act in the planning and implementation of programs to increase productivity, reduce absenteeism and staff turnover, as well as supply qualified labor and technical-professional improvement, aiming to provide efficient instruments for attracting and retaining resources humans.
8.
Negotiate collective bargaining agreements, such as base date, Profit Sharing Program, Working Day Systems, among other necessary ones;
9.
Ensure the annual performance evaluation cycle of DW and NDW professionals, as well as development actions and performance improvement of professionals mapped in the process.
10.
Actively participate in the preparation of the Annual Management Plan, as well as monthly Forecasts;
11.
Manage the areas of labor legislation, occupational medicine, safety and hygiene at work, environment and general services;
12.
Manage the company's plans, projects and campaigns to prevent and combat moral, sexual and/or virtual harassment, as well as ensure the treatment of mapped cases, such as welcoming potential victims and questioning the offender;
13.
Manage processes and internal communication channels, as well as propose and hold events, commemorative and acculturation focused on the Vision, Values and objectives of the company.
14.
Represent the Company in government bodies and class representation entities, with regard to matters pertaining to the Human Resources Area.
15.
Ensure that Prysmian's Diversity and Inclusion commitments are achieved, being a Champion for the country of good practices.
Support operations to ensure that environmental, occupational health and work safety objectives are achieved.

- Technical leadership skills, interpersonal relationships and communication, analytical skills, sense of urgency, attention to detail without losing sight of the whole, teamwork.
- High power of influence, as well as the ability to manage conflicts, and the ability to carry out complex negotiations.
- Office Package - Intermediate/Advanced Power Point and Excel
- Desirable knowledge of SAP, ADP, BI, Workday or other HR systems.
- Advanced / Fluent English desirable skills
