This position is for an IT support analyst for SAP HCM Payroll module.
**Job Role Responsibilities**:
- Support Payroll for Brazil, Argentina, United States and Canada in SAP HCM Payroll technology, interacting with the Business customers in Buenos Aires to gather requirements and provide solutions
- Support Electronic Funds Transfer process, interacting with Business, Treasury and International Banks for the countries above, in addition to others in the Americas, Africa and Middle East regions.
- Lead base support changes and new features/small initiatives, implementing system configurations, coordinating tests and approvals
- Interact with a Global Team (Houston, Bangkok and Curitiba)
**Expected Level of Proficiency**:
**Skills (must have)**
- Advanced/Fluent English
- Good communication, coordination and prioritization skills
- Willingness to learn and collaborate
- Experience in documenting functional requirements, recommending solutions and communicating best practices
- Experience in designing and configuring the SAP HCM Payroll Module:
- Configuration of Payroll Wage Types
- Development and troubleshooting of custom Payroll Schemas, Subschemas, Functions, Features and Rules
- Configuration of Basic Pay, Off-cycles, Additional/Recurring Payments and Deductions, and Taxes
- Integration with Finance (Posting to Accounting) and Benefits
**Nice to have**:
**Skills (desired)**
- Experience in working/communicating with SAP via SAP Incidents for reporting bugs and participating in SAP Pilot Groups
- Experience in SAP Fiori support/design/development
- Experience in Time Management Configuration (PT):
- Configuration of Holiday Calendars, Work Schedule Rules, Absences, Attendances and Quotas
- Configuration of Processing Types and Time Wage Types Generation
- Development and troubleshooting of custom Time Schemas, Subschemas and Rules
- Had contact with non-SAP job scheduling tools (e.g., Automic Engine/UC4)
- ABAP debugging
- Agile (Scrum/SAFe)
